About the App

Starting Point: Discipleship is a mobile app used by Starting Point to support new members through a structured 5-week onboarding programme. Each participant is assigned a personal facilitator who provides guidance, tracks session progress, and ensures every person feels welcomed and supported.

The app is available to registered participants and facilitators only. Access is provided by your church administrator when you are enrolled in the programme.

Frequently Asked Questions

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password and enter the email address linked to your account. You will receive a reset link by email. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact your church administrator.

Access is provided by your church administrator when you are enrolled in the Starting Point programme. You will receive a welcome email containing your login credentials and a link to download the app. If you have not received this, please contact your church.

Your assigned facilitator is shown on your Home screen after you log in. They will reach out to introduce themselves and schedule your sessions. If you have not been contacted within a few days of registering, please speak to your church administrator.

Tap the Sessions tab at the bottom of the screen. You can read or download materials for each week of the programme from there.

You can opt out of individual channels in Profile → Notifications in the app. Every email and SMS we send also includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

First, check that your device has an active internet connection. If the issue persists, close the app fully and reopen it. If you are still unable to connect, please contact us with your device model and OS version.

Email us with the subject line Account Deletion Request and include the name and email address linked to your account. We will process your request within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
